Joseph Sternlicht
Co-Founder — Technology & Operations
Joseph has spent over two decades leading technology organizations as CTO, CIO, and CISO. He has navigated SaaS platform modernizations, AI integrations, cloud migrations, and security compliance programs at companies ranging from pre-revenue startups to publicly traded enterprises.
At AM Global Ventures, Joseph leads the technology ventures — AI learning, cybersecurity training, mobile app publishing, ebook publishing, and fractional executive services.

Teresa brings warmth, creativity, and a deep love of food and community to AM Global Ventures. She is the driving force behind the LLC's food and lifestyle ventures, connecting people through culinary experiences, great products, and shared stories.
Teresa leads From Pages to Plate — a traveling pop-up bookstore celebrating cookbook culture and food storytelling — and serves as an independent rep for Tastefully Simple, bringing quality pantry staples to busy families.
